Production Employee

Bredefleur is a growing and innovative lily company with 70 employees. We produce lilies at two locations on a total area of 14 hectares. In total on an annual basis over 20 million pieces. At Bredefleur there is an informal and friendly working atmosphere. The lines are short, there is open and clear communication. There is room for personal development and growth.

As a production worker, you will mainly be busy harvesting flowers and planting bulbs. The work varies from sorting the lilies, to sorting and packing the flowers. It is important that you pay attention to quality and can also work independently.

You will work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. in a 38-hour work week. At Bredefleur, we work as one to get the job done every day. Everyone puts their shoulders to the wheel. The work is not done until it is finished. We speak to each other if we see that something is not going well and help each other to improve.
