Planting machine operator - Luttelgeest & Moerkapelle

Bredefleur is a growing and innovative lily company with a total of 75 employees. We produce lilies at two locations on a total area of 14 hectares. In total on an annual basis 20 million pieces for the top segment of the market. Bredefleur works with three pillars: exclusivity, quality and constancy. As an employee planting machine you are mainly busy planting the bulbs. Bredefleur has a modern planting machine for this, you can drive it and place the bulbs in the right holders. The planting machine does the rest! Furthermore, you are busy filling the planting machine with bulbs and once you have planted a cap, you check whether the machine has made any mistakes.

As a planting worker, you work both alone and with a colleague. Your colleague will teach you what to look out for when planting the bulbs. If you have experience with the forklift, bringing bulbs to the planting machine is also a possibility.

• You fill the planting machine with boxes of bulbs;
• You control the machine;
• You place the bulbs in the appropriate holders;
• You check that the machine has planted properly;
• You resolve a malfunction quickly or report it to your supervisor;
• At the end of the day, you clean the planting machine;
• If you have a forklift license, you will bring bulbs to the planting machine.

• You have an affinity for greenhouse farming;
• You are physically strong;
• Flexible working hours are not a problem;

• Start date by mutual agreement;

• 25.5 vacation days per year;
• €0.21 Travel allowance for commuting;
• Full-time employment of 38 hours;
• One-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
