(Junior) Production Manager - Moerkapelle

In this role, you will be responsible for the work distribution and progress of production, monitoring quality and closely following work processes. You will set up staff schedules, distribute work and monitor the balance between workload and the team's ability to carry it. As a people-oriented coach, you know how to guide and motivate your team members to do their best work, while supporting them in their development. You solve problems decisively and communicate openly with your team. With your hands-on approach, you take action quickly when something can be done more efficiently, and you actively contribute to improvements in the work process. You also guarantee the quality standards of Bredefleur and communicate these clearly to the team, so that our high standards remain visible in every aspect of production.

As Production Manager, you know how to coach and motivate your team, ensuring that everyone gets the best out of themselves. You tackle matters with decisiveness, make decisions and bear responsibility. You have an eye for improvements in the production process and come up with practical solutions. You communicate clearly and work well with your team and colleagues. We also hope to see the following:
