Managing Employee Production - Moerkapelle

At our new location in Moerkapelle we are looking for a Production Manager who, together with the team, will ensure a smooth production process of our lilies.

Bredefleur is a growing and innovative lily company with 80 employees. We produce lilies on 2 locations, spread over a total area of 14 hectares, and deliver 21 million flowers annually for the top segment of the market. This top segment sets high quality standards for our lilies, and we strive to continuously guarantee this quality. With the growth of Bredefleur, we want to further strengthen the professionalism of our business process. The position is available at our new location in Moerkapelle.

As Production Manager you will actively participate in the production process and support your colleagues on the shop floor. You work with a small team of 6 to 8 employees. You ensure that the work runs smoothly, make adjustments where necessary, and help new or temporary employees on their way. You keep an overview, ensure clear communication and are the point of contact for questions.
