In this role, you will be responsible for the work distribution and progress of production,
where you monitor quality and follow work processes closely. You establish a
staff planning, distributes work and monitors the balance between workload and the
carrying capacity of the team. As a people-oriented coach, you know how to guide and
motivate them to do their best work while supporting them in their development.
You solve problems decisively and communicate openly with your team. With your
hands-on approach, you catch on quickly when something could be more efficient, and you actively think along with them
about improvements in the work process. You also guarantee the quality standards of Bredefleur
and communicate them clearly to the team, ensuring our high standards in every aspect of
production remains visible.

As a Production Leader, you know how to coach and motivate your team, ensuring that everyone gives their best
out of themselves. You tackle issues with vigor, make decisions and carry
responsibility. You have an eye for improvements in the production process and come up with
practical solutions. You communicate clearly and work well with your team and
